B.PHARM SEM-VII/VIII EXAM FORM APRIL-MAY 25

Online Examination Form Submission 1ST Half (APRIL-MAY) of 2025 and Examination Fees payment schedule for Final Year Semester VII/VIII (Choice Based & CBCGS R-2019) REGULAR & A.T.K.T. students.

This is to inform all the Final Year Semester VII/VIII (Choice Based & CBCGS R-2019) REGULAR & A.T.K.T students that they have to fill in the online exam form  at link https://muexam.mu.ac.in/examforms/bpharmaexam/ and submit the ‘college copy’ of acknowledgement of Exam form by filling Google form link.

LAST DATE OF FORM SUBMISSION IS 05/FEBRUARY/2025

FEES REGULAR EXAM FEES No need to pay fees its already collected at the time of final year admission.

A.T.K.T. EXAM FEES Pay fees as per acknowledgment slip, should be paid in CASH at Admin’s accounts section.

Form filling steps:

1) Follow the instruction and fill the exam form at M.U site and enter correct details

2) Before pressing the ‘Submit’ button, check your details.

3) After pressing ‘Submit’ button, acknowledgement receipt will be generated.

4) Pay fees in CASH MODE only at Accounts Section bring exact amount to avoid any inconvenience. 

5) Submit the ‘college copy’ of acknowledgement on Google form. 

Instructions: 

1. Be very careful while filling up your online exam form, especially, while typing your name in English and Marathi, as the details will not be changed once entered.

2. All the forms will be accepted at GOOGLE FORM ONLY as per the schedule. Else student will be responsible for consequences.

3. Final list with students’ name, fees, semester, etc. will be displayed on institute website very next day, any discrepancy in name in Marathi, semester, spelling, etc. should be reported to EEC in writing to Exam cell on or next day from the date of display latest by 2:00 pm. 

4. Ready all your documents before the schedule timing started no forms will be accepted beyond the schedule.
